Solutions to some questions about rapid prototyping

Question: 1. What is the CNC prototype?            
Answer: CNC prototype uses advanced technologies such as integrated computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM), computer digital control (CNC) to excavate the three-dimensional model on the computer from the whole material, so modern industry calls it prototype or model. Popularly speaking, prototype or model is made firstly according to product appearance drawings or structural drawings and used to check the rationality of appearance or structure without opening moulds. 
Question: 2. Silica Gel Compound Mould Steps? How many products can each silica gel die produce?            
Answer: Silica gel mold is made by using the original prototype in vacuum state, and is poured with PU material in vacuum state, so as to clone the same replica as the original prototype. Because of its high speed and low cost, this technology greatly reduces the cost, cycle and risk of product development. The materials for making silica gel mould are:  silica gel,   transparent silica gel and special silica gel. The duplicate products are made of materials:   PU, transparent PU, soft PU, Saigang, ABS, PP, PC and ABS.
Question: 3. What surface requirements can aluminium alloy prototype make?            
Answer: oxidation, chromium plating, oil injection, powder injection, wire drawing, silk printing, passivation.  
Question: 4. How many MM can the thickness of common oxidation and hard oxidation reach respectively?        
Answer: The common oxidation thickness is 0.008-0.015mm, and the hard oxidation can reach 0.025mm. 

Question: 5. What are the most commonly used surface treatments for plastic prototype?            

Answer: Plastic prototype surface treatment can be sprayed, polished, screen printing, rubber oil, electroplating, sandblasting.  

Question: 6. Can CNC machining get right angle? How can you get a right angle if you can't?           
Answer: CNC machine processes rounded corners, which can only be shoveled by hand to get right angles.     
Question: 7. How much accuracy can be achieved?            
Answer: The important size is +/-0.1MM.
